Izzy joined Molten Ventures in 2024 in a newly-created role of Head of Third Party Funds, in which she oversees the fundraising strategies for targeted investment funds which complement Molten’s publicly-listed core model. These include those focused on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Climate Tech. Previously, she was General Partner at Outsized Ventures, an early stage VC fund based in London. Izzy is passionate about taking venture back to where it started, backing transformational technology and the best founders that can rapidly change the way we live, work and play.
