Nicola is a Partner at Molten Ventures, where she has played a pivotal role since joining the firm in 2017. Prior to Molten, she co-founded an online fashion marketplace, which was acquired by ASOS plc in 2015. Her career also includes five years as a venture capital investor with Balderton Capital and Ravensbeck, focusing on early-stage technology and digital media investments.
At Molten, Nicola leads the firm’s digital consumer investment strategy, with a particular interest in technologies that shape and enable consumers’ digital lives and commerce. She heads Molten’s Dublin office, extending the firm’s reach and expertise in Ireland. Nicola is a graduate of University College Dublin, and brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and investment experience to her role.
