Andrea is the Head of Portfolio Development at Molten Ventures, where he built and leads the firm's portfolio acceleration function.
Over the course of his tenure, he has worked with 200+ operators across Molten's portfolio, developing programs to support them with scaling GTM, talent, and internationally. He also plays a key role in centralising the firm’s network, including developing a corporate network of 125+ C-suite and innovation leaders seeking commercial opportunities and collaboration with portfolio companies.
Before venture capital, he worked with high-growth scale-ups like TikTok and Byju's advising on product strategy and go-to-market execution. He also structured open innovation programs for global enterprises, including Unilever and the BBC helping them better engage with early-stage businesses. Andrea holds an MSc in Innovation and Management from Imperial College London.
