Draper B1, Spanish VC firm investing in seed and early-stage tech companies.

Defined as Human venture capital as the focus is more on the "who" than the "which", looking for entrepreneurs with global vision and ambition. Recently awarded as investor of the year 2023 by Global startup awards. Draper B1 is part of Draper Venture network, a global network of more than 20 funds, headquartered in the San Francisco area.

Draper B1 was born as the first accelerator program in Spain in 2010 known as Bbooster and raised a Venture Fund from scratch in 2012. In 2016 became a seed stage VC fund. Latest fund currently is a 2020 vintage. It has backed over 100 startups since 2010.

Some of the most relevant portfolio companies are Criptan, Reloadly, Fourvenues, Streamloots, Cronoshare, Easy Virtual Fair, Iristrace, Vottun, Zapiens among others. Sharing board meetings with most of the Spanish VC ecosystem, and some relevant international VC funds.
