Richard is an experienced entrepreneur and venture capital investor. At Molten Ventures, he serves as Chief Portfolio Officer in addition to investing and working as a Board member with portfolio companies. He is an Engineering graduate of Cambridge University where he also received his PhD. Richard holds an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, where he was a Sainsbury Management Fellow.
