Phoebe joins Molten as a Principal, bringing five years of venture capital experience and a strong track record of supporting high-growth fintech and B2B SaaS companies.
Previously Vice President at Inovia Capital, Phoebe helped lead the European growth equity team, sourcing and executing investments across international markets. Her background includes three years at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, where she focused on late-stage growth and pre-IPO opportunities, and she began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank in London.
Phoebe holds a First-Class degree in Economics & Geography from Durham University.
