Steven is joining Molten as a Partner on the Secondaries team. He is a co-founder and former CEO of ManyPets (formerly Bought By Many), the award winning insurtech he founded in 2012. Over more than a decade, he scaled the company to unicorn status, building it into one of the top pet insurers in the UK. Steven stepped down as CEO in 2024 and remains a director on the Board. Steven is also the co-founder and Chair of Lateral, a company offering custom health and wealth products to people aged over 60. Prior to founding ManyPets, Steven served as Head of Wealth Management at Close Brothers. He began his career as an actuary and management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Steven is a graduate of the University of Leeds.
