We’re pleased to announce the release of the Molten Ventures FY25 Sustainability Report, now available on our website. This report highlights our ongoing commitment to responsible investment, active portfolio management, and sustainable internal operations - all aligned with leading sustainability and climate frameworks.

Over the past year, we made strong progress, including:

  • 79% of In-Scope Portfolio Companies discussed sustainability at the board level and 58% measure their carbon footprint
  • Six new or follow-on climate tech investments, including Sightline Climate, Concretene, Modo Energy, and Renew Risk
  • Five B-Corp-certified companies in our portfolio
  • 58% of Key Recurring Suppliers have a Net Zero policy or programme in place
  • 97% of employees completed Bullying and Harassment training
  • £39,200 in financial support for portfolio companies’ carbon footprint measurement or offsetting
  • Climate workshops delivered to five portfolio companies
  • £51,150 donated to charities through the Esprit Foundation

Our report also features our updated TCFD disclosure, portfolio engagement case studies, and new FY26 sustainability KPIs.
