We are pleased to share the launch of our new FY26 Sustainability Report, now available on our website.
We are pleased to share that our new 2026 Sustainability Report is now live. This year’s report takes a closer look at how we are progressing our sustainability strategy across three main areas of influence: responsible investment, active portfolio management and our internal operations.
We also set out how we continue to align with leading sustainability and climate frameworks, including the UN Principles for Responsible Investment, TCFD and SECR, as well as our ongoing work with organisations such as Diversity VC, CDP and the Investing in Women Code.
This year, we made strong progress on our sustainability goals, including:
- 100% of IC papers for new deals included an assessment of positive environmental and/or social impact
- 86% of in scope portfolio companies completed a sustainability risk and opportunity assessment in FY26
- 86% response rate to our annual Portfolio Sustainability Framework
- 88% of in scope portfolio companies implementing energy efficiency measures within their business
- 95% of the pipeline tracked for diversity data in FY26
- Six certified B Corps across our portfolio
- Nine new hires in FY26 as we continue to build our team and culture
The report also sets out our updated approach across key frameworks and disclosures, including our climate strategy, TCFD reporting, SECR statement and full greenhouse gas emissions profile, alongside our people and culture roadmap and the work of the Esprit Foundation.
This year we have also highlighted a number of portfolio case studies that bring our approach to life, including Deciphex, Modo Energy, PolyModels and Arena Flowers, each showing different ways in which technology can contribute to environmental and social outcomes.
FY26 was a year where Molten demonstrated its continued commitment to sustainability by achieving its FY26 Sustainability KPIs and further considering how and where it can make the most impact across its investment, portfolio, and operations. We expect FY27 to see a continuation of the strong progress achieved in previous years as well as focusing or revisiting areas within sustainability where we believe that Molten can make the most impact.
