We are delighted to announce the appointment of Isabel ('Izzy') Fox as Molten's Head of Third Party Funds. This new strategic role underlines Molten's commitment both to innovation within the venture capital space and to expanding its impact through a variety of targeted investment funds which complement its publicly-listed core model.
Izzy joins Molten from Outsized Ventures where, as Co-Founder and Partner, she championed investments in pioneering technology startups seeking to solve the world’s greatest challenges for the future of the planet, health and society. Izzy has a proven track record of raising capital for groundbreaking ventures in areas such as automation, AI, quantum computing, and augmented reality.
With Izzy's appointment, Molten intends to make further progress in building its third-party assets under management and associated income, including via its syndicated Fund of Funds programme and other third‑party private funds strategies as political pressure continues to focus on attracting long-term pension capital into the venture ecosystem.
Joining Molten’s Executive Team and reporting into CEO Martin Davis, Izzy will oversee the fundraising strategies for Molten’s third-party funds, including those focused on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Climate Tech. Her experience will bolster the firm’s unique talent to channel capital into critical innovations.
