We're thrilled to announce that Greg Paterson is joining Molten Ventures as an associate in our Investment Team, bringing with him a deep expertise in AI, Consumer, and Fintech.
Greg joins our team with a rich background in both consulting and venture capital. Most recently, he served as a Strategy Consultant at EY‑Parthenon, where he worked closely with growth-stage and private equity firms. His advisory work was centred on commercial due diligence, particularly within the software sector—helping clients identify scalable business models and perform rigorous market analysis.
Prior to that, Greg developed his VC skills at KPN Ventures, focusing primarily on B2B SaaS investments. His keen ability to spot high-potential software businesses and guide them through critical early-stage development impressed both founders and investors alike.
At Molten, we're continually seeking exceptional individuals who can support bold, visionary founders and help scale their businesses from Series A to beyond. Greg's track record in AI, Consumer, and Fintech aligns perfectly with our focus areas. His combined experience in SaaS, commercial diligence, and strategic consulting will be invaluable as we strengthen our Early (A–B) team and back transformative startups across Europe.
