We’re thrilled to welcome Nikhil as the latest addition to our Investment Team here at Molten Ventures.

Nikhil brings with him a sharp eye for early-stage innovation and a deep interest in the technologies powering the future of software infrastructure. After two years at Partech — his first step into venture — Nikhil has joined Molten to focus on Series A and B opportunities across cloud infrastructure, developer tools, and cybersecurity.

His time at Partech shaped his approach to venture: collaborative, founder-first, and grounded in curiosity.

“We’re delighted to welcome Nikhil to the team. His enthusiasm for deep tech and AI alongside his ability to connect with founders at a pivotal stage of growth are attributes that align with our investment approach.

Ben Wilkinson, CEO, Molten Ventures

At Molten, we back the visionaries reshaping the future of enterprise software and infrastructure. Nikhil’s technical insight and sector focus strengthen our commitment to supporting Europe’s next wave of category-defining companies. If you’re building in cloud infra, cybersecurity, or dev tools – or if you know someone who is – Nikhil would love to connect. Drop us a note.

Welcome, Nikhil — we’re excited for what lies ahead.

Molten Ventures Growth Fund First Close

Molten Ventures announces the first close of our Growth Fund at £175 million, including a £75 million cornerstone commitment from the British Business Bank.

“There is no shortage of exceptional founders or technology businesses in the UK and Europe; what they too often lack is sufficient growth capital to help them become global leaders. This Fund gives Molten greater firepower to back our highest-conviction companies at Series B and beyond, build meaningful ownership positions and channel capital into the next generation of growth.” -
