We’re delighted to announce that Phoebe Kitchen has joined Molten Ventures as a Principal in our Investment Team, bringing with her nearly a decade of experience across growth equity, fintech, and B2B SaaS.
Phoebe joins us following her role as Vice President at Inovia Capital, a leading Canadian venture capital firm, where she helped lead the European growth equity investing team. Her work focused on identifying and supporting high-potential fintech and B2B SaaS companies, helping them scale across international markets. Before Inovia, Phoebe spent three years at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), where she worked on late-stage growth and pre-IPO investments. She began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank in London.
At Molten, we’re committed to backing bold founders and scaling transformative businesses from Series A and beyond. Phoebe’s experience in growth equity, her expertise in fintech and SaaS, and her track record in both venture and investment banking will be valued as we continue to strengthen our team and support visionary entrepreneurs across Europe.
Phoebe Kitchen said: “I’m excited to join Molten Ventures at a pivotal moment for European tech. Molten’s legacy of backing European champions, particularly in fintech and B2B SaaS, aligns closely with my focus, and I’m excited to help founders turn ambitious plans into scaled outcomes across Europe. If you’re building for category leadership, I’d love to connect!”
Phoebe will be based in London and will work closely with growth-stage founders across Europe. If you’re a founder building something ambitious, she would love to hear from you. Welcome to the team Phoebe 🎉
